Its mission is to connect young people across borders, encourage active citizenship, and promote diversity and inclusion. Jaunimo Laisvalaikio Centras (JLC) (Lithuania)

JLC, based in Ukmergė, Lithuania, is a youth leisure center dedicated to supporting youth integration, personal growth, and community engagement.
