Logo Contest
Welcome to the Logo Contest of the VOICE Youth Exchange project!
All participating teams are invited to design and submit logos that visually represent the spirit and mission of our youth exchange.
🏆 Contest Guidelines
Each national team (Latvia, Cyprus, Portugal, Poland, Lithuania, and Greece) may submit up to three (3) logo proposals.
✅ Things to Consider When Creating a Logo for VOICE:
- 🧠 Represent the Theme of "Voices of Change: Empowering Youth Through Digital Storytelling" (VOICE)
- 🎯 Keep It Youth-Friendly
- 🌍 European & Inclusive Spirit
- 🎨 Choose Colors Wisely
- 🔠 Simplicity & Scalability
- 🧩 Match the Project Identity
- 🚫 Avoid Clichés</li>
📐 Technical Specifications:
Format: PNG or JPG
Recommended resolution: 1000x1000 pixels or higher
Original design only (no copyrighted content)
File naming: Country_Project_LogoNumber (e.g. Cyprus_VOICE_Logo01
📬 How to Submit
Please send your logos by email to the project coordinator (please collect your team's choices internally and send them in one email by your group leader): 📧 nicckolas44@gmail.com
🕒 Deadline: 30 of January 2025
🗳️ Voting Procedure
Each country will receive 9 votes (1 per participant and 1 per leader).
After reviewing all logos, each team will submit their final 9 votes (you cannot vote for the logos of your country) to: 📧 nicckolas44@gmail.com
Voting Period: from 1st till 5th of February 2026
🕒 Deadline: 5 of February 2026
Please collect your team's choices internally and send them in one email by your group leader.
🥇 Winning Logo
The logo with the highest number of total votes will be announced on 6 of February 2026
- Featured as the official logo of VOICE YE
- Used on all official project materials (webpage, posters, presentations, reports)
Credited with the name of the winning team
