Activity: 13 to 20 of April 2026 (6 working days + 2 travelling days), Youth Exchange at Stagars Questhouse in Tukums Area, Latvia, for 42 youngsters and 12 leaders (7 youngsters and 2 leader from each organization, 6 organisations) and 2 facilitators in activities with Non Formal Educational in Social Change, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Age for participants: 16 - 25 years old for participants (no age limit for leaders)

✨ Main Idea

Voices of Change (V.O.I.C.E.) empowers young people to become storytellers, advocates, and changemakers.
Through video production, photography, theater, and digital media, participants learn how to challenge stereotypes, amplify marginalized voices, and drive positive transformation in their communities.

Objectives

  • Raise awareness of key social issues, including human rights, gender equality, environmental sustainability, and social justice.

  • Teach digital storytelling skills through workshops on video editing, photography, and graphic design.

  • Encourage advocacy by helping participants craft powerful, meaningful narratives.

  • Promote inclusivity and responsible representation of social issues.

  • Foster leadership, teamwork, and intercultural dialogue among participants.

  • Build a network of young storytellers collaborating for a better future.


Key Activities

  • Workshops & Training – Video editing, photography, graphic design, and theater for storytelling.

  • World Café Discussions – Sharing perspectives on social change and diversity.

  • Creative Projects – Producing short films, plays, and digital campaigns on pressing issues.

  • Cultural Exchange Nights – Celebrating traditions, food, and music from six partner countries.

  • Debates & Dialogues – Exploring media influence, stereotypes, and representation.

  • City Challenge & Exploration – Discovering local culture, history, and environmental practices.
